Implant with Abutment and Crown
An implant is a replacement of a missing root with a titanium screw, called an implant post. An implant is placed under anesthesia into the jawbone and after 3-to-4 months of implant integration, the implant is loaded with a ceramic crown and function as a natural tooth. With implants, one can restore a single tooth, multiple teeth or even all missing teeth.

Please note that implant treatment is a two-stage process and requires two visits. The 1st visit for the placement of the implant post(s) needs to last 1-2 working days and is followed by a osseointegration period of 3-4 months, during which the bone bonds with the implant. For the time between 1st & 2nd stage, it is possible to make a temporary crown(s), but this extends the first visit to 3 working days. After 3-4 months of implant integration, a return visit for 4-5 working days is required for the placement of a healing ring(s) and abutment(s) and fabrication and fitting of a ceramic crown(s).
All-on-4 and All-on-6 Dental Implants
All-on-Four / All-on-Six – a procedure where 4-to-6 dental implants, depending on oral and bone conditions (volume and structure), are placed in the upper or/and lower jawbone to serve as support for a permanently fixed (non-removable) ceramic bridge made of 10-12 custom-made ceramic crowns (i.e. All-on-4 / All-on-6 implant-supported fixed bridge).

Implant-Retained Overdenture
Implant-supported bar-retained or ball-retained overdenture – a procedure where 2-to-4 dental implants, depending on bone conditions, are placed in the upper or/and lower jawbone to serve as support for an overdenture, which snaps/clicks onto a titanium frame, called a “dolder bar” or onto ball abutments. In both cases, the denture is made of an acrylic base that looks like gums and porcelain or acrylic teeth that look like natural teeth are attached to the base, which is retained in place by the dolder bar or ball attachments, depending on oral and bone conditions.

Ceramic Crowns and Bridges
Ceramic crowns and bridges (joined crowns) are ceramic “caps” which are used to replace a damaged tooth or to “gap” a missing tooth. Crowns are used to improve the strength of a tooth or to restore the form, bite function and aesthetics using the patient’s own roots as support. Crowns are custom-made to achieve the desired shape and colour and look like natural teeth.
